Refund Policy
Effective date: May 18, 2026
Article 1 (Cancellation of Subscription)
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time from within the Service.
- Upon cancellation, the Service remains accessible until the end of the current subscription period.
- After cancellation, automatic renewal will not occur on the next billing date.
Article 2 (Refund Conditions)
Full refund: Requests made within 7 days of the initial payment date will receive a full refund.
- A full refund is issued if a refund is requested within 7 days of the initial payment date.
- After 7 days, refunds are not provided in principle; the Service remains accessible for the remaining subscription period.
- However, a pro-rated refund will be issued in the following cases:
- The Service is continuously unavailable for 72 hours or more due to the Company's fault
- The Company has notified of Service termination
Article 3 (Non-Refundable Cases)
Refunds are restricted in the following cases:
- Where the User's access has been suspended due to violation of the Terms of Service
- More than 7 days have elapsed after a promotion or discount was applied
- The User has normally used the Service and the request is based on simple change of mind (after 7 days)
- The User has engaged in conduct prohibited under Article 8 of the Terms of Service and is requesting a refund after such conduct
- Where the Company has suffered damage due to the User's prohibited conduct, the Company may deduct the amount of such damages from the refund before disbursement
Article 4 (Annual Subscription Refunds)
- Annual subscriptions are fully refunded within 7 days of the initial payment date.
- After 7 days, a refund is issued for the remaining amount after deducting the regular monthly price for each month already elapsed:
Refund amount = Annual payment − (months elapsed × regular monthly price)
Article 5 (Refund Request and Processing)

- Processing period: within 5 business days of request receipt
- Refund method: credited back to the card used for payment (may take up to 5–7 business days depending on card issuer policy)
